Anti-Mouse Thy1.1/CD90.1 Antibody (19E12) (250 μg, i.p., single dose, 133 days after the injection of Tregs-IL2pa) can clear Tregs in male B6 Thy1.2 mice with a cell transplantation model[2].
Anti-Mouse Thy1.1/CD90.1 Antibody (19E12) (200 µg, i.p. once every other day, until symptoms of the disease appear) exhausts Thy1.1+ dendritic cells (DCs) in C57BL/6 mice with a MOG35-55 (HY-P1240) induced experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) model[3].

Animal Model: 10BiT/Foxp3eGFP mice (6-8 weeks) with HDM (20 μg) induced allergic airway inflammation model[1]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose on day 8 for the acute model and once daily from day 64 or day 67 for the memory model
Result: Exacerbated inflammation and increased eosinophils in the acute model.
Did not affect inflammation or cytokine production in the memory model.
Animal Model: 9×105 Tregs-IL2pa male B6 Thy1.2 mice (12-20 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose, 133 days after the injection of Tregs-IL2pa

Result: Significantly inhibited the development of EAE.
