Anti-Mouse IL-21R Antibody (4A9) (200 μg, i.p., twice a week for 5 weeks) impedes tumor progression in metabolic dysfunction associated steatohepatitis-driven hepatocellular carcinoma mice models[1].
Anti-Mouse IL-21R Antibody (4A9) (25 mg/kg, i.p., every the other day from day 35) suppresses fecal C. rodentium-specific IgA and inhibited bacterial clearance in C. rodentium infected mice models[2].
Anti-Mouse IL-21R Antibody (4A9) (140 μg, i.p., at days -2, 0, 1, 3, and 5 of induction) alleviates imiquimod-induced psoriasis-like skin lesion in imiquimod-induced psoriasis mice models[3].

Animal Model: Metabolic dysfunction associated steatohepatitis-driven hepatocellular carcinoma mice models[1]

Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, twice a week for 5 weeks
