1. GPCR/G Protein Neuronal Signaling
  2. Dopamine Receptor
  3. UNC10062

UNC10062 is a dopamine D1 receptor (D1R) positive allosteric modulator. UNC10062 specifically binds to the extracellular allosteric pocket (upper pocket) at the interface of transmembrane helices (TM) 1 and TM7 of D1R. UNC10062 can increase dopamine potency and D1R-mediated cAMP production. UNC10062 can be used for the research of neurological disease, such as Parkinson's disease.

D1 Receptor

In Vitro

UNC10062 (50 μM, 90 mins) increases dopamine potency in CHO-K1 cells stably expressing D1R, with an E C50 fold-shift of 3.9[1].
UNC10062 (25-50 μM, 5 mins) synergistically enhances D1R-mediated cAMP production in HEK293 cells when combined with LY3154207 (HY-128770) and BMS-A1[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
