Pronqodine A is an Indoleamine 2,3-Dioxygenase (IDO) inhibitor, with an IC50 of 131.5 nM. In Vitro

Pronqodine A (1-1000 nM) inhibits bradykinin-induced release of PGE2, 6-keto-prostaglandin F, and PGD2 in human synovial sarcoma SW982 cells[1].
Pronqodine A (300 nM, 30 min) induces intracellular ROS production in SW982 cells[1].
