Live-animal imaging

In vivo imaging dyes are chemical probes capable of high-sensitivity optical imaging within living systems. They utilize near-infrared fluorescence emission or luciferase substrates to achieve non-invasive, high-sensitivity, real-time visualization in vivo. Upon suitable modification, these dyes can also realize targeted localization, making them widely applicable in tumor progression diagnostics and pharmacokinetic studies. The fluorescent stock solutions are easy to use with minimized reagent loss, while ensuring experimental reproducibility.
