Anti-PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (29E.2A3) is a kind of mouse IgG2b κ chimeric antibody inhibitor, targeting to human PD-L1/B7-H1. Anti-PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (29E.2A3) can block the binding of PD-1 to PD-L1. Anti-PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (29E.2A3) can be used for the research of infection, such as hepatitis C virus (HCV)^[1][2].

Anti-PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (29E.2A3) (10 mg/mL, 7 days) enhances intrahepatic hepatitis C virus (HCV)-specific IFN-c and TNF-a production by CD8 and CD4 T cells companied with anti-CTLA-4 antibody in intrahepatic and peripheral lymphocytes from HCV-infected patients^[2].
Anti-PD-L1/B7-H1 Antibody (29E.2A3) (10 mg/mL, 7 days) enhance intrahepatic HCV-specific CD8 T cell expansion and reverse CD8 T cell dysfunction companied with anti-CTLA-4 antibody in intrahepatic and peripheral lymphocytes from HCV-infected patients^[2].
