Anti-Mouse Podoplanin/glycoprotein 38 Antibody (8.1.1) (100 μg, i.v., a single dose) reduces fibroblastic reticular cells (FRCs) contraction in mice[1].
Anti-Mouse Podoplanin/glycoprotein 38 Antibody (8.1.1) (100 μg/mouse, i.v., 6 h afte LPS) reduces neutrophil infiltration and ameliorates lung function decline in LPS (HY-D1056)-induced lung inflammation mice models[2].

Animal Model: Wild type mice or Ccl19-Cre+Rosa26-eYFPfl/fl mice[1]
