Anti-Mouse MAdCAM-1 Antibody (MECA-367) is an anti-mouse MAdCAM-1 IgG2a monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse MAdCAM-1 Antibody (MECA-367) significantly inhibits the migration of pig peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) by blocking the function of MAdCAM-1. Anti-Mouse MAdCAM-1 Antibody (MECA-367) selectively inhibits B cell migration to exacerbate inflammation. Anti-Mouse MAdCAM-1 Antibody (MECA-367) can be used for researches on inflammation, metabolic conditions and xenotransplantation such as colitis and diabetes[1][2][3].

Anti-Mouse MAdCAM-1 Antibody (MECA-367) (200 μg, i.v., single dose) significantly reduces the migration of pig peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) in transplants in SCID mice[1].
Anti-Mouse MAdCAM-1 Antibody (MECA-367) (100 μg, i.p., twice a week, for 8 weeks) can exacerbate colitis symptoms in IL-10-/- mice with a spontaneous chronic colitis model[2].
Anti-Mouse MAdCAM-1 Antibody (MECA-367) (500 μg, i.p., on day 0, 2 and 4) significantly inhibits diabetes in NOD scid mice[3].

Animal Model: 1×108 PBL cells injected SCID mice[1]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intravenous injection (i.v.), single dose
Result: Significantly reduced the migration of porcine PBL in the graft and blocked its entry into the graft.
Animal Model: IL-10-/- mice with a spontaneous chronic colitis model[2]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice a week, for 8 weeks

Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 0, 2 and 4
Result: Significantly reduced the incidence rate of diabetes.
