Anti-Mouse IL-6 Antibody (MP5-20F3) (200 μg, i.p., on day 7 and 14) significantly reduces malignant pleural effusion (MPE) volume and prolongs survival, enhance CD8+ T cell infiltration in male C57BL/6J mice bearing Lewis Lung Carcinoma (LLC) tumors[1].
Anti-Mouse IL-6 Antibody (MP5-20F3) (0.4 mg, i.p., once daily, from day 0 to day 5 or 6) reduces the level of hepcidin to normal levels in female Balb/c and C57BL/6 mice infected with parasites[2].
