Anti-Mouse IL-2 Antibody (S4B6-1) (100 µg, i.p., once every 3 days) leads to accelerated tumor growth and decreased survival rate combined with IL-2 mAb (JES6-1A12) (HY-P990219) in female C57BL/6J mice bearing B16F10 tumors[1].
Anti-Mouse IL-2 Antibody (S4B6-1) (150 μg, i.p., once every 3 days, for 2 weeks) reduces the number of central Treg cells (cTR) in C57BL/6 mice bearing B16.Flt3L tumors[3].

Animal Model: 5×105 B16F10 cells injected female C57BL/6J mice (8 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 100 µg, combined with IL-2 mAb (JES6-1A12)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 3 days
Result: Significantly inhibited the expansion of natural killer (NK) cells in tumors.
Accelerated tumor growth and reduced survival rate.
Reduced activation phenotype of host CD4+ T cells (CD25+Foxp3-) in tumors.
Increased Tregs (CD25+ Foxp3+) in tumors.
