Anti-Mouse/Human IL-7 Antibody (M25) (500 μg/mouse, i.p., single dose, 3 h before Papain injection) significantly reduces eosinophil infiltration and alleviates inflammation in wild-type C57BL/6 mice with a Papain (HY-P1645) induced airway inflammation[1].
Anti-Mouse/Human IL-7 Antibody (M25) (3 mg, i.p., once every 3-4 days, for 2 weeks) significantly reduces the number of B cell precursors in NSG mice injected with CD34+ cells[2].

Animal Model: Papain (100 μg, intranasal injection, on day 0, 1, and 2 ) induced wild-type C57BL/6 mice (8-12 weeks)[1]
