In Vivo

Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (R17 217.1.3) (150 μg, i.p., daily for 2 days) depletes CD71+ erythroid splenocytes and enhances bacterial clearance in endotoxemia neonatal mice models[1].
Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (R17 217.1.3) (0.5 or 1.0 mg/mouse, i.v., at day 21 after tumor cell inoculation) inhibits anti-virus responses in P14 CD8+ T cells transferred lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus (LCMV)-infected mice bearing lewis lung cancer tumor[2].
Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (R17 217.1.3) (100 μg, i.p., before each intranasal challenge) reduces lung ILC2s accumulation in Group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s)-dependent airway inflammation mice[3].
Anti-Mouse CD71/TfR1 Antibody (R17 217.1.3) (100 μg, i.v., daily from day 0 to 3) prolongs graft survival in Cardiac allograft mice[4].
