The variable region of Aducanumab (Mouse IGG2a) is consistent with that of Aducanumab (HY-P9967), while the constant region is of Mouse IGG2a sequence. Aducanumab (Mouse IGG2a) has strong selectivity for Aβ fibrils with EC50s of >1 μM and 0.2 nM for monomeric Aβ1-40 and fibrillar Aβ1-42, respectively. Description

Aducanumab (Mouse IGG2a) is a monoclonal antibody that selectively targets aggregated amyloid-beta (Aβ). The variable region of Aducanumab (Mouse IGG2a) is consistent with that of Aducanumab (HY-P9967), while the constant region is of Mouse IGG2a sequence. Aducanumab (Mouse IGG2a) has strong selectivity for Aβ fibrils with EC50s of >1 μM and 0.2 nM for monomeric Aβ1-40 and fibrillar Aβ1-42, respectively. Aducanumab (Mouse IGG2a) can be used for Alzheimer's disease (AD) research[1].

In Vitro

Aducanumab (Mouse IGG2a) (0.31-40 μM, 2 min) has extremely weak monovalent binding, with a KD of ~9 μM for its Fab for surface-captured monomeric Aβ1-40-biotin[1].
Aducanumab (Mouse IGG2a) (5 μM) shows very weak affinity with Aβ peptide with KDs of 1.8  and 5.9 μM for Aβ1-16 and Aβ1-28 peptide[1].
Aducanumab (Mouse IGG2a) had weak affinity with imeric and tetrameric multi-antigen peptides (MAPs) with EC50s of > 1 μM and ~7 nM for dimeric and tetrameric Aβ1-15 MAP, respectively[1].
Aducanumab (Mouse IGG2a) efficiently binds the immobilized Aβ in a surplus of free monomer with IC50 of >1 μM[1].
