Cy7.5-PEG-DSPE (MW 3400) can self-assemble in aqueous solution to form micelles/lipid bilayer and used to prepare liposomes or nanoparticles for nutrients delivery such as mRNA or DNA vaccine (Ex/Em = 770/820 nm).
