Arenobufagin has potent antineoplastic activity against HCC HepG2 cells as well as corresponding multidrug-resistant HepG2/ADM cells. Arenobufagin can inhibit VEGF-mediated angiogenesis through suppression of VEGFR-2 signaling pathway .
