QS-21-Xyl 

QS-21-Xyl is an immune system-targeted adjuvant, acting as an agonist for T-cell and B-cell immune responses. QS-21-Xyl enhances vaccine immunogenicity by activating dendritic cells and promoting antigen presentation. QS-21-Xyl is promising for research of oncology vaccines (e.g., melanoma) and infectious disease vaccines (e.g., HIV, malaria)^[1].
