p97-IN-1 is an orally active p97 inhibitor (IC50 = 26 nM). p97-IN-1 can significantly inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells. p97-IN-1 can be used for research on acute myeloid leukemia (AML)[1].

In Vitro

p97-IN-1 (Compound V12) (0-10 μM, 72 h) can inhibit the proliferation of various tumor cell lines[1].

Cell Viability Assay[1]

Cell Line: RPMI-8226, HCT-116, BXPC-3, SV620, ARP1, H929, MM-15, KMS-11, MV-4-11, Molm-13 and Molm-16 cells
Concentration: 0-10 μM
Incubation Time: 72 h
Result: Significantly inhibited the proliferation of various tumor cell lines, including RPMI-8226 (IC50 = 0.5 μM), HCT-116 (IC50 = 0.7 μM), BXPC-3 (IC50 = 1.4 μM), SV620 (IC50 = 2.3 μM), ARP1 (IC50 = 2.1 μM), H929 (IC50 = 0.7 μM), KMS-11 (IC50 = 2.1 μM), MV-4-11 (IC50 = 0.4 μM), Molm-13 (IC50 = 1.4 μM) and Molm-1 6(IC50 = 0.4 μM) cells.
In Vivo

p97-IN-1 (Compound V12) (100 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg; p.o.; once daily) significantly inhibits tumor growth and no significant toxicity is observed at high doses in the female BALB/c nude mice bearing Molm-13 xenograft tumor[1].

Did not significantly alter the weight of the mice.
