In Vitro

Iluzanebart (0.1 nM-1 μM, 45 min) activates the TREM2 signaling pathway, increases the phosphorylation of SYK and DAP12 in cells HEK293T, hMDM and iMGL (EC50 for SYK phosphorylation in HEK293T, hMDM and iMGL is 0.27 nM, 4.77 nM and 0.63 nM, respectively)[1].
Iluzanebart (10 µg/mL, 48-96 h) restores PLX5622 (HY-114153)-induced cellular confluence and ramified morphology of cells hMDM and iMGL, and increases the cell viability[1].
