Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HY-P8005) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue-Mouse IgG2a kappa (HY-P99978). Black-Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
