BJH-86 (1-10 μM, 30 min-96 h) potently inhibits mitochondrial complex I (oxygen consumption rate inhibition IC50 = 5 μM) in A549 human lung cancer cells and EO771 murine breast cancer cells[1].
BJH-86 exhibits weak inhibitory activity against phosphodiesterase 10A (PDE10A, IC50 >10 μM) [1].
