TAB3 Antibody (YA2401) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to TAB3.
Background

The product of The related gene functions in the NF-kappaB signal transduction pathway. The encoded protein, and the similar and functionally redundant protein MAP3K7IP2/TAB2, forms a ternary complex with the protein kinase MAP3K7/TAK1 and either TRAF2 or TRAF6 in response to stimulation with the pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF or IL-1. Subsequent MAP3K7/TAK1 kinase activity triggers a signaling cascade leading to activation of the NF-kappaB transcription factor. The human genome contains a related pseudorelated gene. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described, but their biological validity has not been determined.

  • Western blot analysis was performed on extracts from 293T (lane 1, 15 μg), HepG2 (lane 2, 15 μg), Hela (lane 3, 15 μg), Caco-2 (lane 4, 15 μg), RAW264.7 (lane 5, 15 μg) , and 3T3 (lane 6, 15 μg) using TAB3 Rabbit mAb.Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST at 4°C overnight.The primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and the loading control antibody (beta-Actin, HY-P83730, 1:20000 dilution) were incubated in 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 1 hour at 37°C.Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (1:20000 dilution) was then applied for 40 minutes at 37°C.
