LILRB2 Antibody (YA4368) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2a antibody, targeting to LILRB2. It can be applicated for WB, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.

LILRB2 is a receptor for class I MHC antigens, recognizing a broad spectrum of HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-G, and HLA-F alleles. It plays a role in down-regulating immune responses and promoting tolerance, particularly by recognizing HLA-G in complex with B2M/beta-2 microglobulin and a nonamer self-peptide (peptide-bound HLA-G-B2M), which triggers the differentiation of type 1 regulatory T cells and myeloid-derived suppressor cells to maintain maternal-fetal tolerance. Additionally, LILRB2 competes with CD8A for binding to class I MHC antigens and inhibits FCGR1A-mediated phosphorylation of cellular proteins and intracellular calcium mobilization.
