Description	Cytokeratin 2e Antibody (YA3977) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2a antibody, targeting to KRT2. It can be applicated for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	Cytokeratin 2e is a keratin that likely contributes to terminal cornification. It is associated with keratinocyte activation, proliferation, and keratinization. It is required for maintaining corneocytes and keratin filaments in suprabasal keratinocytes in the epidermis of the ear, potentially by moderating the expression and localization of keratins and their partner proteins. Additionally, it plays a role in establishing the epidermal barrier on plantar skin (By similarity).
