HIF1 beta Antibody (YA5442) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated monoclonal antibody, targeting to HIF-1β. It can be applicated for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF assays, in the background of human, mouse, rat.

HIF-1β is required for the activity of AHR (aryl hydrocarbon receptor). Upon ligand binding, AHR translocates into the nucleus, where it heterodimerizes with ARNT and induces transcription by binding to xenobiotic response elements (XRE). HIF-1β is not required for the translocation of the ligand-binding subunit from the cytosol to the nucleus. The complex regulates the transcription of genes involved in various biological processes, including angiogenesis, hematopoiesis, drug and lipid metabolism, cell motility, and immune modulation. Additionally, the HIF-1β:ARNT heterodimer binds to the core DNA sequence 5'-TACGTG-3' within the hypoxia response element (HRE) and functions as a transcriptional regulator of the adaptive response to hypoxia (by similarity). The ARNT:AHR heterodimer also binds to the dioxin response element (DRE) core sequence 5'-TGCGTG-3' to activate target gene transcription.
