Description	GATA1 Antibody (YA3818) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2b antibody, targeting to GATA1. It can be applicated for WB, IHC-P, ICC/IF, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	GATA1 is a transcriptional activator or repressor that serves as a general switch factor for erythroid development. It binds to DNA sites with the consensus sequence 5'-[AT]GATA[AG]-3' within regulatory regions of globin genes and other genes expressed in erythroid cells. GATA1 activates the transcription of genes involved in erythroid differentiation of K562 erythroleukemia cells, including HBB, HBG1/2, ALAS2, and HMBS. by similar: This function is related to regulating erythroid-specific gene expression.
