Description	DIS3L2 Antibody (YA4361) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to DIS3L2. It can be applicated for WB, IHC-P, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	DIS3L2 is a 3'-5' exoribonuclease that specifically recognizes and degrades RNAs polyuridylated at their 3' end. It is part of an exosome-independent RNA degradation pathway, mediating the decay of both mRNAs and miRNAs that have been polyuridylated by terminal uridylyltransferases like ZCCHC11/TUT4. DIS3L2 degrades cytoplasmic mRNAs after deadenylation and subsequent 3' uridylation, and it also processes uridylated pre-let-7 miRNAs, contributing to embryonic stem (ES) cell maintenance. Additionally, it is essential for proper mitosis and negatively regulates cell proliferation.
