Description	CTGF Antibody (YA6274) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to CTGF.
Background	CTGF is a major connective tissue mitoattractant secreted by vascular endothelial cells. It promotes the proliferation and differentiation of chondrocytes, stimulates osteoblast differentiation, and plays a critical role in osteogenesis. CTGF mediates heparin- and divalent cation-dependent cell adhesion in various cell types, including fibroblasts, myofibroblasts, endothelial cells, and epithelial cells, and enhances fibroblast growth factor-induced DNA synthesis.
