CD3G Antibody (YA3730) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 antibody, targeting to CD3G. It can be applicated for WB, FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.

CD3G is a component of the TCR-CD3 complex present on the surface of T-lymphocytes and plays a crucial role in adaptive immune responses. When antigen-presenting cells (APCs) activate the T-cell receptor (TCR), TCR-mediated signals are transmitted across the cell membrane via the CD3 chains (CD3D, CD3E, CD3G, and CD3Z). All CD3 chains contain immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAMs) in their cytoplasmic domains. Upon TCR engagement, these motifs are phosphorylated by Src family protein tyrosine kinases LCK and FYN, leading to the activation of downstream signaling pathways. Beyond its role in T-cell activation signal transduction, CD3G is essential for the dynamic regulation of TCR expression at the cell surface. Constitutive TCR cycling depends on the di-leucine (diL) receptor-sorting motif within CD3G. by similar: CD3D, CD3E, and CD3Z also participate in TCR-CD3 complex signal transduction.
