Description	CD32B Antibody (YA1615) is a rabbit-derived non-conjugated IgG antibody (Clone NO.: YA1615), targeting CD32B, with a predicted molecular weight of 34 kDa (observed band size: 44 kDa). CD32B Antibody (YA1615) can be used for WB, IHC-P experiment in human, rat background.
Background	CD32B is a low-affinity receptor that binds to the Fc region of complexed or aggregated immunoglobulins gamma. It is involved in various effector and regulatory functions, such as phagocytosis of immune complexes and modulation of antibody production by B-cells. Binding to CD32B results in down-modulation of cell activation triggered by antigen receptors on B-cells (BCR), T-cells (TCR), or other Fc receptors. Isoform IIB1 does not mediate endocytosis or phagocytosis, while isoform IIB2 does not trigger phagocytosis.
