Description	Thrombopoietin Receptor Antibody (YA3994) is a mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG2a antibody, targeting to CD110. It can be applicated for FC, ELISA assays, in the background of human.
Background	CD110 is a receptor for thrombopoietin (THPO) that regulates hematopoietic stem cell renewal, megakaryocyte differentiation, and platelet formation. Upon activation by THPO, it induces rapid tyrosine phosphorylation and activation of JAK2, providing docking sites for signaling proteins such as STAT5, SHIP/INPP5D, GRB2, SOS1, and PI3K. These signaling cascades promote megakaryocyte proliferation, survival, and differentiation, ultimately increasing platelet production. by similar: The mechanism involves pathways like STAT5 and PI3K.
