ApoA-I Antibody (YA3481) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to ApoA-I.

APOA1 is a protein involved in the reverse transport of cholesterol, facilitating cholesterol efflux from tissues and acting as a cofactor for lecithin cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT) to transport cholesterol from tissues to the liver for excretion. Additionally, as part of the SPAP complex, APOA1 activates sperm motility.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue using APOA1 Antibody. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 8 minutes. The tissues were blocked in QuickBlock for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody at 1/100 dilution in 4℃ overnight. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
