In Vivo

anti-TNBC agent-10 9 (Analog 9) (25 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection, quaque 1 die x 5 (Q1Dx5) for 2 weeks) demonstrates significant anti-tumor efficacy in athymic nude mice bearing subcutaneous MDA-MB-231 TNBC xenografts[1].
