In Vivo

Anti-Rat CD80/B7-1 Antibody (3H5) (1 mg/rat, i.p., every other day for 2 weeks) allows tumor growth by suppressing the expansion of TARS-1-specific T-cell clone in HTLV-1 tumor mice models[1].
Anti-Rat CD80/B7-1 Antibody (3H5) (6 mg/kg, i.v., a single dose) blocks mononuclear cell adherence in vasa recta in ischemia/reperfusion injury mice modes[2].

Animal Model: HTLV-1 tumor mice models[1]
Dosage: 1 mg/rat
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, every other day for 2 weeks
