Animal Model: Adult Lewis rats[1]
Dosage: 0.1, 0.3 and 1 mg/rat
Administration: Intravenously injection
Result: Led to a significant increase in CD25+ cells among CD4+ cells in peripheral lymph nodes and in the spleen.
Led to a increase in CD25+ cells among CD4- cells at 1 mg/rat.
Increased transferred Treg cells further up-regulated CD25 expression.
Showed 97% of Tconv cells undergone at least one cell division at 1 mg/rat.
Showed that the vast majority of CD4+CD25+ cells, and all CD4+CD25high cells, continued to express FoxP3.
