Anti-Rat CD2 Antibody (OX-34) 

Anti-Rat CD2 Antibody (OX-34) is mouse-derived IgG2a κ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to rat CD2. Anti-Rat CD2 Antibody (OX-34) can block CD2 and inhibit the mixed lymphocyte reaction. Anti-Rat CD2 Antibody (OX-34) can be used for the researches of cancer, inflammation and immunology, such as RNK-16 tumor and arthritis^[1][2][3].

Anti-Rat CD2 Antibody (OX-34) (1 μg/mL) causes a prompt increase in [Ca²⁺]i in addition of goat F(ab')2 anti-mouse immunoglobulin in RNK-16 tumor cells^[1].
Anti-Rat CD2 Antibody (OX-34) (1 μg per 10⁶ cells, 3 mins) prevents the generation of InsP3 by RNK-16 tumor cells in response to YAC-1 tumor cells and blocks killing of YAC-1 tumor cells by RNK-16 tumor Cells^[1].
Anti-Rat CD2 Antibody (OX-34) (1 μg/mL) (20 μg/mL, 90 h) inhibits the mixed lymphocyte reaction in rat spleen cells^[3].
