Anti-Mouse Vβ4 TCR Antibody (KT4) is an anti-mouse Vβ4 TCR IgG2b monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse Vβ4 TCR Antibody (KT4) can reduce the proportion of Vβ4⁺ T cells without affecting their function. Anti-Mouse Vβ4 TCR Antibody (KT4) can be used for research on immunology and infection conditions such as virus infection. Anti-Mouse Vβ4 TCR Antibody (KT4) is often used in flow cytometry^[1][2][3].

Anti-Mouse Vβ4 TCR Antibody (KT4) (200 μg, i.p., on day 4 and day 2 before infection, on the day of infection, and once a week after infection) does not significantly prolong the survival time of transplanted skin in MHV68 virus injected C57BL/6 mice with a skin transplantation model^[1].
Anti-Mouse Vβ4 TCR Antibody (KT4) (300 μg, i.p., once every 3 days, for 10 days) reduces the proportion of Vβ4⁺ T cells but does not affect their function in C57BL/6 mice with a MHV68 virus injection model^[2].
