Anti-Mouse TSLP Antibody (28F12) (200 μg, i.p., twice a week, for 4 weeks) significantly inhibits the expansion of Treg cells in C57BL/6 mice with an altered Schaedler flora (ASF) colonization[2].
Anti-Mouse TSLP Antibody (28F12) (250 μg, i.v., single dose, on day 0) significantly inhibits Th2 differentiation but does not affect the migration and maturation of eosinophils or dendritic cells in BALB/c or C57BL/6 mice induced by Papain (HY-P1645)[3].
