Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-54) reacts with mouse T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain 4 (TIM-4) and blocks TIM-4 signaling. Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-54) (20 μg/mL, 30 mins) abrogates binding of Tim-4/NRK cells to apoptotic cells^[1].
Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-54) (30 mins) inhibits apoptotic cells phagocytosis of peritoneal resident Mac1+ cells^[1].

In Vivo

Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-54) (200 μg/mouse, i.p., twice a week for 4 weeks) increased TUNEL+ cells in C57BL/6 mice^[1].
Anti-Mouse TIM-4 Antibody (RMT4-54) (200 μg, i.p., 72 h and on the day prior to the overnight HFD) abrogated the release of high-density lipoproteins in high-fat diet (HFD) feeding mice models^[2].
