Technical Support

Anti-Mouse TIM-1/CD365 Antibody (3D10) is a rat-derived IgG1 κ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to mouse TIM-1/CD365. Anti-Mouse TIM-1/CD365 Antibody (3D10) can block mouse T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain 1 (TIM-1) also known as CD365. Anti-Mouse TIM-1/CD365 Antibody (3D10) can be used for the researches of inflammation, immunology and cardiovascular disease, such as graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), airway inflammation and atherosclerosis.

In Vivo

Anti-Mouse TIM-1/CD365 Antibody (3D10) (200 μg, i.p., twice a week for 4 weeks) aggravates the development of atherosclerosis companied anti-Tim-4 antibody in high fat diet ldlr−/− mice[1].
Anti-Mouse TIM-1/CD365 Antibody (3D10) (24 h before ozone exposure) prevents the development of ozone-induced airway hyperreactivity and airway inflammation in wildtype mice[2].
Anti-Mouse TIM-1/CD365 Antibody (3D10) (400 μg, i.p., at days -1, 3, 7, 11, and 17) prevents graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in lethally irradiated BALB/c (H-2d) mice received allogeneic B6 BM and Tcon cells (H-2b)[3].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Animal Model: High fat diet ldlr−/− mice[1]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, twice a week for 4 weeks, companied anti-Tim-4 antibody
Result: Increased TUNEL+ cells in lesions.
Impaired efferocytosis.
Enhanced CD4+ T cell numbers within the lesions.
Increased Th2 cytokines in the supernatants of anti-CD3/CD28-stimulated splenocytes.
Induced IgG1 antibodies against oxLDL and MDA-LDL.
Animal Model: Lethally irradiated BALB/c (H-2d) mice received allogeneic B6 BM and Tcon cells (H-2b)[3]
Dosage: 400 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at days -1, 3, 7, 11, and 17
Result: Had less GVHD.
Reduced GVHD score and severity.
Reduced inflammatory factors and infiltrating cells.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
