Anti-Mouse TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 Antibody (2.11) (80 μg, i.p., on day 1, 3, 6, 10 and 14) significantly inhibits tumor growth in female BALB/c mice bearing CT26 tumors^[1].
Anti-Mouse TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 Antibody (2.11) (200 μg, i.v., single dose, three days before infection) exhausts Vγ1⁺ γδ T cells in C57BL/6 mice with a mastitis model^[2].

Animal Model:	3×10⁵ CT26 cells injected female BALB/c mice (6-8 weeks)^[1]
Dosage:	80 μg
Administration:	Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 1, 3, 6, 10 and 14
Result:	Significantly reduced tumor volume. Reduced the production of IL-17A in the tumor microenvironment. Reduced the number of Vγ1 T cells.

Animal Model:	1×10⁷ CFU Staphylococcus aureus ATCC27543 induced C57BL/6 mice (7-12 weeks)^[2]
Dosage:	200 μg
Administration:	Intravenous injection (i.v.), single dose, three days before infection
Result:	Did not significantly affect the pathological progression of mastitis or the production of IL-17A.
