Anti-Mouse RANKL/CD254 Antibody (IK22/5) (300 μg/mouse, i.p., three times per week, for 14-21 days) significantly reduces bone erosion and osteoporosis in male DBA/1 mice with collagen induced arthritis (CIA)[1].
Anti-Mouse RANKL/CD254 Antibody (IK22/5) (200 μg, i.p., on day -1, 0, and 2) significantly reduces the number of lung metastatic nodules combined with anti-CTLA4 mAb in C57BL/6 wild-type (WT) mice bearing B16F10 or RM-1 lung metastasis[2].
Anti-Mouse RANKL/CD254 Antibody (IK22/5) (200 μg, i.p., once every 2-4 days, from day 3 to 12) significantly inhibits tumor growth combined with anti-CTLA4 mAb in C57BL/6 WT mice bearing B16F10 tumors or CT26 tumors[2].
