Anti-Mouse NKG2A/C/E Antibody (20D5) (10 μg/mL, 4 h) enhances the perforin dependent cytotoxicity of liver mononuclear cells (MNCs), but has no effect on FasL/Fas dependent cytotoxicity[1].

In Vivo

Anti-Mouse NKG2A/C/E Antibody (20D5) (300 μg, i.p., single dose, 2 days before Con A or α-GalCer injection) exacerbates Concanavallin A (Con A) (HY-NP096) or α-Galactosylceramide (α-GalCer) (HY-102022) induced hepatitis in C57BL/6 mice or DBA/2J mice[1].
Anti-Mouse NKG2A/C/E Antibody (20D5) (200 μg, i.v., once every 3-4 days, for 3 times) significantly inhibits tumor growth conbinated with PD-L1 mAb in female C57BL/6J or BALB/c mice bearing A20 or RMA-Rae-1β tumors[2].

Animal Model: Con A (10 mg/kg, i.v.) induced C57BL/6 mice or α-GalCer induced (2 μg, i.p.) DBA/2J mice[1]
Dosage: 300 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose, 2 days before Con A or α-GalCer injection
Result: Increased serum AST and ALT levels.
Aggravated liver pathological damage.
Increased serum IFNγ levels.

Significantly inhibited tumor growth (45% C57BL/6J mouse survival) and induced long-lasting anti-tumor memory CD8+ T cells.
