In Vivo

Anti-Mouse MHC Class I (H-2Kd, H-2Dd) Antibody (34-1-2S) (45 mg/kg, i.v., single dose, 18 h after pre stimulation) can successfully induce transfusion-related acute lung injury (TRALI) by combining Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) (HY-D1056) pre-stimulation and CD4+ T cell exhaustion in wild-type male C57BL/6 mice[1].
