Anti-Mouse Jagged 2 Antibody (HMJ2-1) (5 μg/mL, 1 h) does not significantly inhibit the expression of GLT-1 induced by endothelial cells[2].

In Vivo

Anti-Mouse Jagged 2 Antibody (HMJ2-1) (250 μg, i.p., once every 2 days for 8 times or once daily for 5 days) can aggravate or alleviate inflammation in female C57BL/6 mice with an MOG35-55 (HY-P3719) and CFA (HY-153808) induced experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) model[3].
Anti-Mouse Jagged 2 Antibody (HMJ2-1) (250-500 μg, i.p., on day 0, 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10) has no significant effect on the survival of the transplant in C57BL/6 mice[4].

Animal Model: MOG35-55 (50 μg) and CFA (HY-153808) induced female C57BL/6 mice (6-8 weeks)[3]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 2 days for 8 times for the preprocessing group or once daily for 5 days for the synchronous treatment group
