Anti-Mouse IFN gamma Antibody (R4-6A2) (0.5 mg, i.p., 1 day before each infection, for 3 doses) significantly increases total IgE levels in female BALB/c mice infected with nymphs[2].

Had no significant effect on the attachment rate and satiety weight of ticks.
