Anti-Mouse/Human IL-5 Antibody (TRFK5) (4 mg/kg, i.p., every day until killed at day 10) reverses established airway eosinophilia but not established hyperresponsiveness in a murine model of chronic asthma [1].
Anti-Mouse/Human IL-5 Antibody (TRFK5) (1 mg/kg, 1 day before myocardial infarction surgery) abolished fully the protection of IL-5 for myocardial infarction by depleting eosinophils[2].
