Anti-Mouse FGL-1 Antibody (177R4) (100 μg, i.p., on day 1, 3, 6, 12, 15 and 18) significantly inhibits tumor growth combined with PD-1 mAb in C57BL/6J mice bearing Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) tumors[1].
Anti-Mouse FGL-1 Antibody (177R4) (100 μg, i.p., on day 6, 10, 14 and 18) significantly inhibit tumor growth combined with PD-1 mAb in female C57BL/6J mice bearing MB49 tumors[2].

Animal Model: 5×106 LLC cells injected C57BL/6J mice (4-6 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 100 μg, combined with PD-1 mAb (100 μg)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 1, 3, 6, 12, 15 and 18
Result: Significantly inhibited tumor volume.
Increased CD8+ T cell infiltration within the tumor.
Increased the expression of IFN-γ, TNF-α, and Perforin.
Reduced Ki67 positive cells.
