Anti-Mouse Delta-like protein 4/DLL4 Antibody (HMD4-2) (12.5 µg/kg, i.p., once every 2 days or every 3 days, for 15 days) changes the vascular structure of the bone marrow and promotes myeloid differentiation in Balb/c mice with a sub-lethally irradiation[1].
Anti-Mouse Delta-like protein 4/DLL4 Antibody (HMD4-2) (250 μg, i.p., twice a week, for 5 weeks) significantly inhibits tumor growth in male SCID mice bearing PK-1 tumors[2].
Anti-Mouse Delta-like protein 4/DLL4 Antibody (HMD4-2) (250 μg, i.p., twice a week, for 12 weeks) significantly improves atherosclerosis, insulin resistance, obesity and other metabolic abnormalities in Ldlr-/- mice and Lepob/Lepob mice with a high fat and high cholesterol diet[3].
Anti-Mouse Delta-like protein 4/DLL4 Antibody (HMD4-2) (250 μg, i.p., on day 15, 18 and 21) improves airway inflammation and asthma symptoms in female BALB/c mice with a toluene diisocyanate (TDI) induced asthma model[4].
