Anti-Mouse CTLA-4/CD152 (LALA-PG) Antibody (9D9) (500 μg at 1 day before injection, 250 μg at day 2 and 5, i.p.) increases regulatory T cells, T follicular helper and T follicular regulatory cells in NP-2W1S-GFP transferred mice[1].
Anti-Mouse CTLA-4/CD152 (LALA-PG) Antibody (9D9) (15 mg/kg, i.p., a single dose) shows potent anti-tumor effect in colon 26 tumor mice models[2].

Animal Model: Human CD2 IL-4 reporter C57BL/6 mice were injected NP-2W1S-GFP in alum[1]
Dosage: 500 μg at 1 day before injection, 250 μg at day 2 and 5
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection
Result: Caused the expansion of total regulatory T cells, T follicular helper and T follicular regulatory cells.
Induced significant expansion of tetramer-binding PD1+Bcl6+ Tfh, PD1+Bcl6- activated T cells and PD1-Bcl6- cells.
Decreased numbers of tetramer-binding T follicular regulatory cells.
Animal Model: Colon 26 tumor mice models[2]
Dosage: 15 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, a single dose
Result: Showed tumor regressions in 100% of animals.
Resulted in depletion of tumor-associated T cells and a shift in the ratio of CD8+ to regulatory T cells cells.
