Anti-Mouse CD8α Antibody (2.43) (300 μg, i.p., once daily, for 3 days) can effectively deplete CD8a+ cells in female BALB/c mice bearing CT26 tumors[1].
Anti-Mouse CD8α Antibody (2.43) (250 μg, i.p., on the 4th and 2nd day before transplantation) significantly prolongs the survival of liver cell transplants by effectively depleting CD8+ T cells in C57BL/6.SCID mice[2].
Anti-Mouse CD8α Antibody (2.43) (100 μg, i.p., on day -1, 0, 1, 7, 21 and 36) exhausts CD8+ T cells and enhances the severity of arthritis in female BALB/c mice with a Chondroitin sulfate (CS) (HY-B2162)-depleted human fetal aggrecan (HFPG) induced arthritis.
